Protecting your Privacy
PBB recognizes and respects the privacy expectations of its customers. We want you to know how we collect, retain, and use information about you and your business relationship with us. It is our job to keep all nonpublic, personal information about you as confidential and secure as possible. This type of information includes, but may not be limited to, your name, your home and/or business address and telephone number, your Social Security Number and/or Employer Identification Number, and you deposit and loan account information.

PBB Employees
Personal information that we collect about you is available to our employees and agents on a "need to know" basis so they can perform their duties. We prohibit our employees and agents from giving information about you to any third party in any manner that would violate any applicable law or this Privacy Policy. We do not provide information about you to anyone without first verifying who they are and whether they may have the legal right to the information. We train our employees to protect the information we have about you, and the records we keep concerning your business with us.

Information Collection, Use and Sharing
Information about consumers is accumulated from a variety of sources. Some information is provided directly by customers through applications, signature cards and other customer correspondence. Other data is gathered as a result of our providing a product or a service to customers. Still other information is obtained from outside sources, such as credit bureaus.

We limit the use and collections of information about our customers to that which we believe is necessary to administer our business, provide quality service, and offer opportunities that we believe may be of interest to our customers. This means that we will use information to help us identify and mitigate potential risks and losses to the bank; and to help us identify additional products and services which we believe customers might want and to comply with laws and regulations.

Information Accuracy and Corrections

Security Policies and Practices
PBB has established security policies and practices to help us protect your information and records from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. We train our employees to protect the information and records that we keep. We prohibit our employees, and agents, from releasing any information about you to any third party in any manner that would violate any applicable law or this Privacy Policy. We do not provide information about you to anyone without first identifying who they are, and verifying if they may have legal right to the information.

Your "Opt-Out" Option
By Federal Regulations you are granted "opt-out" rights, which allow you to tell us that you do not want rights, which allow you to tell us that you do now want your nonpublic personal information disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties. These rights apply to certain circumstances. At this time, PBB does not disclose information about our customers in the circumstances to which these rights apply. Consequently, at this time you do not have the opt-out rights. If this situation changes, we will notify you.

Ending Customer Relationships
If you should end your customer relationship with us, or if we should end our relationship with you, we will continue to treat all personal records and information as if you were still our customer.
